What we keep
The details you give when you sign up (your name, email and phone), and the records you enter for your business: parties, items, sales, purchases, payments and expenses. We also keep basic technical logs so we can fix problems.
Who can see it
Your business records are visible only to the people you invite to your shop. Other shops cannot see them. Our team looks at your data only when you ask for help or when we must fix a fault.
What we use it for
To run Lekho for you, to send the emails you need (confirming your address, invitations, billing notices), and to answer your questions. We do not sell your data and we do not show advertising.
Services we rely on
Emails are sent through an email delivery provider, and traffic to lekho.live and app.lekho.live passes through Cloudflare. They handle your data only to do that job.
Keeping it safe
Connections are encrypted. Each shop is kept apart from every other shop, and our backups are encrypted.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your account and your shop records. Write to support@lekho.live and we will reply.
