Pricing questions
What counts as a staff login?
Each person you invite to sign in to your business. You, the owner, do not count. Customers and suppliers are parties, not staff, and have their own limit by plan.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Move up when your team or your parties grow, or when you want POS, which comes with Bigger business. Your data stays as it is.
How do I pay?
By bKash for now. You send the payment from your phone, tell Lekho in the app, and we confirm it.
What happens after the free trial?
If you do not pick a paid plan, your shop moves to the Free plan: up to 3 parties, no reports or staff logins. Nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade any time.
What if I stop paying?
You get 7 days after your period ends. After that your shop moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
